John H. Williams is Vice President of Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. Mr. Williams joined the company in 1979, and has focused in most phases of commercial properties, including acquisition, sales, leasing and marketing of retail, office and acreage properties. Mr. Williams has also represented several national chains in site acquisitions throughout the State of Florida.
Prior to joining Charles Wayne Properties, Inc., Mr. Williams was associated for seven years with one of Central Florida’s largest real estate development companies.
Mr. Williams is almost a native to Florida, and is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1969.
