COVID-19 Office Closing Bulletin

Due to the increased concern over the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) which has resulted in a global pandemic, Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. will be closing our office as of 5:00 pm (Eastern time) on Monday, March 23, 2020, until further notice.  This action is being taken to allow our employees to remain healthy, safe and to prevent any potential spread of the virus.

We are only working remotely, but we are open for business.

Our employees will still be available to take your phone calls.  If you need to reach any of our personnel, please call our main number (386) 238-3600 and you will be directed to enter any employee’s name to reach their extension.  You will then be connected to that individual’s cellphone.  

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented event.  We will be open and operating remotely, and as soon as it is determined that it is safe for our employees to be together again in a public setting we’ll be back in the office.

We hope all of our clients/customers are healthy and unaffected by this virus and we look forward to continuing to serve your needs.
