One Neighbor Welcomes Another: The Executive Compensation Group Helps Local Business Find a Temporary Home

The office building located at 325 N. Williamson Blvd., home to the Executive Compensation Group, has welcomed local neighbors and new tenant. Silversphere’s Internet Marketing Team will be housed in this new space while their permanent headquarters undergoes renovation. The previous tenant, a local law practice, merged with another firm in April of this year and relocated to a larger office to meet their spatial needs.

 

Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. brought in Silversphere’s Marketing Team to the Williamson office building. The location helps keep Silversphere close to their corporate headquarters and other departments of the company.

 

Silversphere’s presence in the 1,432 s.f. office space has reestablished 100% occupancy in the Executive Compensation Group building. Upon completion of the Silversphere renovations the space will again be marketed. The space is well suited for law practices, CPA firms, and other professional office-based companies.

 

James O’Connor, Associate with Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. has been working with The 325, LLC, who owns the building, and was the only broker involved in the deal. O’Connor will continue leasing efforts throughout Silversphere’s tenancy and will continue to meet with businesses seeking an office location convenient to I-95 and ISB.
