3,500 SF Retail Building on Historic Woodland Blvd Sells
DELAND, FLORIDA. A 3,500 sq. ft. former church has sold in the historic Woodland Boulevard section of Deland, near the Stetson University campus. The building housed a Baptist church for decades, but was shuttered two years ago. The Seller was the Florida Primitive Baptist Deacon’s association. The buyer was Benedict Land LLC, based in Daytona Beach. The Buyer’s intent is to redevelop the site for retail use. Final plans for the use have not been finalized. The site is on the corner of Plymouth and Woodland and sized at just over a half acre. The purchase price was $165,000. Tim Davis of Charles Wayne Properties handled the sale for the buyer.
