Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. Sells Former Mullinax Ford Collision Center

NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA.  Brian Adair and Ted Lightman of Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. represented MMRH EP Holding LLC, a subsidiary of New York’s DRA Advisors, LLC, in the sale of 1200 N. Dixie Highway in New Smyrna Beach to Mr. John Michael George. The transaction was completed on June 17, 2015. The property is situated in the heart of the New Smyrna Beach “auto mile” along US 1, also known as North Dixie Highway, and formerly housed the collision center portion of Mullinax Ford’s overall property. The buyer intends to put a vehicle dealership on the property specializing in scooter sales. The property has a sales and office building of approximately 7,200 square feet, along with a service building and shop area of approximately 5,706  square feet.  The property is situated on 1.32 acres.  Marty Gagliardi of RE/Max Signature represented the buyer in the transaction.  The purchase price was $615,000. “Small businesses are playing a big part in revitalizing the New Smyrna Auto Mile,” commented Brian Adair of Charles Wayne Properties.  “All of the former Mullinax property has now been sold to entrepreneurial new businesses, including the scooter dealership, Rick’s Auto Marketing Center, and a new storage facility that is in the works for the main portion of the former new car dealership,” he added.
