Petrizzo Strategic Groups Opens Office at 444 Seabreeze

Washington, D.C.-based lobbying firm Petrizzo Strategic Group has opened a local office in Daytona at the 444 Seabreeze Building on Seabreeze Blvd.

Founded in 1999 by Thomas “T.J.” Petrizzo, Petrizzo Strategic Group helps its clients develop and execute national strategic campaigns to advance public policy objectives.

Even in this current economic environment, improvements to the building and the unparalleled ocean views are causing tenants to choose 444 Seabreeze. “We are aggressively pricing the space we do have available, but the building stays in demand because of its distinctive atmosphere and its awareness in the community,” said Brian Adair of Charles Wayne Properties, which represents the landlord.
