Scoops Café Joins Publix at Belle Terre Shoppes

PALM COAST, FLORIDA.  Scoops Cafe relocated to Belle Terre Shoppes, adjoining Publix at Palm Coast Parkway and Belle Terre Blvd in Palm Coast, Florida. “We’re bringing back the quality of food and service of times past,” said Ted Tsistinas, owner, who decided to relocate from St.Joe Plaza to the Belle Terre Shoppes. “Many know us for our ice cream but they do not know we are now baking our own bagels fresh every morning,” said Tsistinas.

“The center, which celebrated its 10 year anniversary this year, has always been a strong retail location”, stated Tom Corso with Charles Wayne Properties, Inc. the center manager, who represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. “We are very pleased to have Scoops and their quality coffee, espresso drinks, bagels and various other café items join our list of tenants,” said Corso.
